Let’s face it, not everyone is an expert when it comes to checking out a car or truck. Having a vehicle inspected before you purchase helps to ensure you are not wasting your hard earned money on a potential Lemon. The vehicle goes through a thorough inspection checklist to determine the overall condition. There are thousands of potential issues with used vehicles that you and the seller may or may not be aware of and our highly trained inspectors are there to find them.
An additional advantage you have with an inspection is that you can use the inspection as a “bargaining chip” when you make the seller an offer on their vehicle. Any defect whether minor or major can be used to negotiate a lower buying price.
Each inspection consists of a comprehensive multi-point checklist, as well as photos of the vehicle inside and out by our highly trained inspectors. Photos will also be taken of potential issues that may be discovered during the inspection (dents, scratches, leaks, damage parts, etc). All of this information will be given to you when the inspection is completed.

We offer CARFAX Vehicle History Reports at a discounted price to our customers as an optional Add-On to the Inspection. CARFAX reports will show the vehicles Title Status and also most recent reported Mileage. You will have an option to add a CARFAX report to your inspection when you fill out your order information and submit payment.
We HIGHLY recommend that you add-on a CARFAX Vehicle History Report! Fraudulent odometer rollbacks and "Title Washing" are VERY common occurrences in the used car world. Ordering a vehicle history report helps to catch these fraudulent practices and also gives you more information on the vehicle you are about to purchase.
We provide a service that makes life easier for both you and the seller. Since we are a mobile service, we travel to wherever the vehicle is located and this allows you and the seller to go about your normal day without a hitch.
Doing it the “old” way requires you to coordinate a time and place with the seller to meet at an auto repair facility to have the vehicle inspected. This often times takes an entire day out of your work week to accomplish, you may have to drive hours to the location, wait for a few more hours for the inspection, then find out the car is not up to your standards. We take all the hassle off of your hands!
We serve the majority of the Inland Empire and Orange County, California.
In rare instances, some locations may require an additional travel fee. After we receive your order, if there will be an additional travel fee we will contact you and inform you of the fee amount. If you wish to cancel the inspection because of the fee we will refund your payment.
Once our inspectors are done with all of the inspections for the day, they will return to the office to put together their inspection reports. You will receive an email with your completed Inspection Report and link to the inspection photos the same evening of the inspection day. Although we will try our best to send you the report as soon as possible, it greatly depends on how many inspections the assigned inspector has that day.
Inspections are typically completed within 2 business days. Factors such as inspector’s schedule, seller’s schedule, and weather will determine how quickly we can complete the inspection. We will contact the seller to determine a meet up time. Our hours are Monday – Saturday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard time.. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee an inspection date due to factors that may be out of our control (weather, daylight, etc).
We do not inspect vehicles in the rain or if other weather factors prevent our inspectors from doing their job safely and accurately. We do not inspect vehicles in the dark or where proper lighting is not available (e.g. dark parking garages). If the vehicle is dirty inside or outside it may prevent the inspector from properly seeing surface imperfections, damage, etc. Please ask the seller if it is possible for the vehicle to be cleaned before inspection, this is not required but it will ensure you get the best inspection possible.
Your inspection will need to be paid for when you place your order.
Generally the inspector will need approximately 1 to 2 hours to inspect a vehicle. The inspector will not rush the inspection under any circumstances.
If you decide to cancel your inspection BEFORE the Inspector has been dispatched out to the vehicle, you will receive a full refund.
If the vehicle is sold BEFORE we are able to dispatch an inspector, we will issue a full refund.
If we have already dispatched an inspector and the vehicle is sold before the inspector arrives, your payment will not be available for credit or refund.
Yes! If you ordered an Inspection on a vehicle and instead decide you want to have a different vehicle inspected, contact us and we will make the necessary changes. This can only be done if we have not yet dispatched the Inspector to the original vehicle.
If our inspector arrives at the location and the seller cannot be contacted/doesn’t show, we will send you proof that our inspector was at the location and the seller was a no-show. We cannot refund or credit your order as our inspector has already gone out to the location. Our inspector will contact the seller prior to coming out to the location to make sure the seller is available.
No, but you are welcome to be present if you’d like. Please refrain from distracting the inspector as they will need absolute focus to ensure the inspection is thorough, complete, and done in a timely manner.
Yes, but not for the entire time. The inspector will need to obtain the keys to the vehicle from the seller unless other arrangements are made to obtain the keys.
No, you ordered the inspection so the information is yours. If you decide to give a copy to the seller on your own you may do so at your own discretion. If the seller would like to obtain a copy of the report from us, they will need to pay the cost of the inspection to receive a copy.
Yes, but please make sure to make arrangements with the auction facility to allow us entry as some auctions do not allow inspections. If the inspector arrives at the auction and cannot gain entry, you will still be charged the full amount of your report. Please be aware that most auctions do not allow test drives. Our inspectors will not register with the auction to gain access, you will need to make arrangements for their entry.
Unfortunately that is impossible for us to do. Being that the vehicle is used and may have underlying problems that are impossible for our inspectors to discover, we cannot make you that guarantee. Due to liability concerns, our inspectors are not allowed to remove any parts or disassemble any part of the vehicle so they cannot see internal problems that may be present.
Our inspectors are highly trained to find possible previous accident damage, but they may not be able to detect all damages as they are not allowed to disassemble any part of the vehicle.
Yes we do, with exceptions. Due to liability concerns, we do not test drive SOME of the vehicles that are being inspected. We do, however, ask the seller to drive the vehicle while our inspector rides along and observes.
Due to liability concerns, our inspectors do not remove any parts of the vehicle. The inspectors will do a thorough visual inspection of every part of the vehicle they can access without disassembling any portion of the vehicle. No we do not put the vehicle on a lift as we are a mobile service, but the inspector will be able to inspect as much of the under-body as he can while the vehicle is on the ground.
